Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices shown on the product pages include the applicable VAT (if you access this page from an EU country or have selected a delivery address within the EU) and all other price components.
In addition to the prices shown, we charge a flat shipping fee of 6,00 Euros per parcel for deliveries within Germany.
For deliveries within the EU, please find the shipping costs in the tables below. Within the EU, we ship with DPD.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. These vary from country to country, so please check with the relevant local authorities. Outside the EU, we generally ship with DHL. Please find the shipping costs for your destination, depending on weight, in the tables below.
Island surcharges
Surcharge for German islands: 17,90 Euros
Surcharge for EU islands: 29,90 Euros
Bulky goods surcharge
Some items are classified as "bulky goods" due to their size, packaging dimensions or weight. As a general rule, this applies to unicycles from 27.5" upwards. DPD (EU shipping) and DHL (non-EU shipping) define bulky goods differently. Whether your order contains items in this category is shown in the shopping cart or during the shipping cost calculation. A surcharge of 30,00 Euros applies to bulky goods and is added automatically where applicable.
