Boundary cranks are the latest development from Kris Holm to produce the highest possible strength to weight ratio and pedal performance in a unicycle crank.
Kris Holm double hole cranks for Q-Axle axles have, as the name reveals, two pedal-threads allowing to change the ratio on your unicycle without changing the cranks. This is the cersion with pedal threads at 127 mm and 150 mm.
- pair for Q-Axle-axles for maximum strength and stiffness. This spline is parallel (not tapered) and secures with pinch bolts on the crank. This makes it easy to install and remove, without the wear and tear of a tapered spline interface.
- angled 8 mm outwards (Q-factor), which maintains a slim profile with just enough clearance to avoid bruised ankle bones.
- For geared KH/Schlump hub riders, the crank shape is configured to enable easy shifting and avoid accidental shifts.
- constructed from tough, stiff 7050 aluminum for all types of riding
- high polished aluminum silver
- for internal discbrake
These cranks do NOT fit on an e-bike! The Q-factor is not enough - the crank collides with the motor-housing. This was tried by various customers, even with milling out, it does not work. To avoid unnecessary returns this note!
